职业院校培养出符合企业需要的高技能型人才，是社会发展的需要，也是现代化企业生产的需要，还是学校生存的需要。但是现行的电工专业教学还存在许多缺陷，先进的一体化教学方式还难以完整实施，本文对电工专业一体化教学中的几个问题进行了分析探讨，并就实施一体化教学提出了几点建议。

But there are still many defects in the current electrician teaching, with advanced integrated harder to complete the implementation of teaching methods, the paper analyzed and discussed several issues in electrician professional integration of teaching and made a few suggestions in implementing the integration of teaching.
