[目的]分析国内关于高危药品安全管理的文献，揭示我国现有高危药品安全管理的现存问题及对策。[方法]以“安全管理”为主题词检索1994年—2014年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)，以“高危药品”为主题词进行二次检索，下载文献并汇总分析。[结果]共检索文献126篇，逐篇阅读筛选出符合要求的文献29篇。[结论]我国对高危药品安全管理的研究尚处于探索阶段，构建科学的高危药品安全管理模式将有助于指导今后高危要安全管理工作的开展。

[목적]분석국내관우고위약품안전관리적문헌，게시아국현유고위약품안전관리적현존문제급대책。[방법]이“안전관리”위주제사검색1994년—2014년중국기간전문수거고(CNKI)，이“고위약품”위주제사진행이차검색，하재문헌병회총분석。[결과]공검색문헌126편，축편열독사선출부합요구적문헌29편。[결론]아국대고위약품안전관리적연구상처우탐색계단，구건과학적고위약품안전관리모식장유조우지도금후고위요안전관리공작적개전。
Objective:To analyze the domestic literatures about high risk drug safety management and reveal the existing problems and countermeasures in safety management of high risk drugs in China.Methods:The “safety management”was taken as the theme of word to retrieve China journal full text database(CNKI)in 1994 2014,and“high risk medicine”was taken as the theme of word to do second retrieve,then to download docu-ments and summary analysis.Results:Totally 126 articles were retrieved,the 29 documents were read and screened which met the requirements.Conclusion:In China,the researches on risk drug safety management are still in the exploratory stage.To construct the scientific risk drug safety management model will help to guide future work development of risk drug safety management.
