为了研究水生植物与微生态制剂构建的强化净化体系对养殖水体的净化效果,通过将水生植物大薸( Pistia stratiotes)与5个不同浓度的复合微生态制剂(1×104、3×104、5×104、7×104和9×104 mL-1,微生物数量以cfu计)组合,研究大薸和微生态制剂对养殖池塘富营养化水体的协同净化效果。结果表明:水生植物和微生态制剂协同作用时水质净化效果明显优于水生植物对照组;不同浓度微生态制剂与水生植物对水体中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量( COD)、铵态氮( NH4+?N)、亚硝态氮( NO2-?N)的去除效果不同;微生态制剂与大薸的协同作用可大幅降低富营养化水体中TP、NH4+?N和NO2-?N浓度,控制TN和COD浓度的升高。研究表明,水生植物-微生物强化系统是一种良好的富营养化养殖水体净化系统,当水生植物覆盖率为20%时,水体中添加的适宜微生态制剂浓度为3×104 mL-1。

In order to study synergic effect of hydrophyte ( Pistia stratiotes) and compound microbial preparation purifying water in aquacultural ponds, an experiment, designed to have five treatments different in concentration of microbial prepa?ration (1×104, 3×104, 5×104, 7×104 and 9×104 mL-1, number of microorganism was measured by cfu), was carried out. Results demonstrate that the water purifying effect of the combination was significantly better than that of CK ( with hy?drophyte only);and the effect of removing total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP), COD, ammonia nitrogen (NH4+?N) , nitrite nitrogen ( NO2-?N) varied with the concentration of microbial preparation in the combination. Through synergic actions, the combination could not only significantly decrease TP, NH4+?N and NO2-?N contents in the eutrophied water, but also suppress increase in TN and COD contents. The findings indicate that the fortified hydrophyte?microorganisms sys?tem is an effective in?situ biological purification system for eutrophied aquiculture water. When hydrophytes in a pond reach 20% in coverage, it is proper to add 3×104 mL-1 of compound microbial preparation.
