为了快速、准确地了解风冷式电冰箱噪声的声品质特性,提出了一种多源噪声的声品质测试和分析方法。先通过声强测试对各个噪声源进行精确定位、对各个噪声源噪声信号的频率特性进行充分了解;再通过声品质测试,得到各声品质参数的特性。最后,结合声强测试的结果进行声品质客观评价。结果表明响度和抖动程度主要受风冷系统和冷凝器的噪声影响;尖锐度和粗糙度主要受压缩机噪声影响。说明在多源噪声且噪声频率复杂的情况下,通过声强测试有利于准确、快速的判断出影响声品质的客观参量。
為瞭快速、準確地瞭解風冷式電冰箱譟聲的聲品質特性,提齣瞭一種多源譟聲的聲品質測試和分析方法。先通過聲彊測試對各箇譟聲源進行精確定位、對各箇譟聲源譟聲信號的頻率特性進行充分瞭解;再通過聲品質測試,得到各聲品質參數的特性。最後,結閤聲彊測試的結果進行聲品質客觀評價。結果錶明響度和抖動程度主要受風冷繫統和冷凝器的譟聲影響;尖銳度和粗糙度主要受壓縮機譟聲影響。說明在多源譟聲且譟聲頻率複雜的情況下,通過聲彊測試有利于準確、快速的判斷齣影響聲品質的客觀參量。

To quickly and accurately learn the sound quality characteristics of air-cooled refrigerators, a new test and analysis method for sound quality evaluation of multi-sources noise was proposed. Firstly, the accurate localization of the noise sources was performed through sound intensity testing to fully understand the frequency characteristics of the noise sources. Then, through sound quality testing, the characteristics of the sound quality parameters were obtained. Finally, the sound quality of the products was evaluated by combining the sound quality testing result with the sound intensity testing re-sult. The results show that the loudness and fluctuation of the refrigerator noise are mainly affected by the noise of the air cooling system and the condenser;the sharpness and roughness of the noise are mainly affected by the compressor noise. It implies that under the condition of multi-source noise and the complicated frequency combination of the noise signal, sound intensity testing is very helpful to quickly and accurately identify the noise sources and contribution of the specific frequen-cy-band noises which affect the sound quality objective parameters.
