选用2011年广西各市12项有关经济发展的指标数据，采用4种定性和定量的综合评价方法对广西各市的经济实力进行了评价。为了避免评价结果的不同，采用了循环修正的组合评价模型对广西各市的经济实力进行了组合评价，得到更加科学合理的广西各城市综合经济实力排名，为广西各市的经济发展规划与决策提供理论依据。

The combination optimization model can be useful for reducing the variance and optimizing the results of different combination of evaluation models.12 indicators are selected which are related to the city economic development of Guangxi in 2011,by 4 qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the economic strength of cities in Guangxi.The cycling modification of combination optimization model is applied in order to unify the e-valuation results.More reasonable rank of the economic strength of cities in Guangxi is got,with a theoretical basis for the economic development program and decision-making.
