Enneagram theory is a psychological study of pers- onality, it can help people more profound understanding of self and understanding others. This paper mainly introduces the ad- vantages of enneagram theory in human resources managem- ent of enterprises, analyzes the enneagram measurement me- thod and the maters needing atention, and puts forward the specific application of the enneagram theory in enterprise hu- man resource management.
