Along unceasing process of urbanization in our co- untry, railway mileage has increased, which plays a very imp- ortant role in promoting China’s economic development and city development. This paper mainly analyzes the characteri- stics of railway construction and the problems of safety man- agement of railway construction, and puts forward the meas- ures for the fine management of construction safety.
