本文提出了一种宽带的波导微带转换器设计方法。利用高频仿真软件HFSS设计了工作频率覆盖ka波段的波导-微带过渡结构。与以往的波导-微带过渡结构相比,这种结构具有宽频带、气密性好、易于加工集成等优点。矢量网络分析仪对样品的测试结果表明,设计的转换器在ka频段26.5GHz—40GHz频率范围内,插入损耗小于0.5dB,端口驻波小于1.4。

A method of designing wideband waveguide-microstrip converter is presented. A waveguide-micros-trip transiting structure whose operating frequency covers Ka band by using high frequency simulation software ( HF-SS) is designed. Comparing with previous waveguide-microstrip structure, this structure is featured with advanta-geous like broad bandwidth, good airtightness, easily fabricated and integrated, and so on. The results of samples tested with vector network analyzer show that the designed converter has insertion loss less than 0. 5dB, and stand-ing wave at port is less than 1. 4 in the frequency range of 26. 5GHz-40GHz at Ka band.
