针对无人飞机、导弹、卫星等高速目标机动飞行的特点,分析了目标飞行过程中相对雷达径向速度、径向加速度以及加加速度随时间的变换关系,并利用高次幂相位回波信号建立了信号模型,研究了高次相位对常规方法进行目标检测的影响,获得了最佳积累脉冲数与信噪比、加加速度的关系;最后,提出一种利用短时分数阶傅里叶变换( STFRFT)对三次相位信号进行分析和参数估计的方法,仿真表明该算法处理性能高于傅里叶变换,可为实际雷达检测高机动目标提供理论参考。
針對無人飛機、導彈、衛星等高速目標機動飛行的特點,分析瞭目標飛行過程中相對雷達徑嚮速度、徑嚮加速度以及加加速度隨時間的變換關繫,併利用高次冪相位迴波信號建立瞭信號模型,研究瞭高次相位對常規方法進行目標檢測的影響,穫得瞭最佳積纍脈遲數與信譟比、加加速度的關繫;最後,提齣一種利用短時分數階傅裏葉變換( STFRFT)對三次相位信號進行分析和參數估計的方法,倣真錶明該算法處理性能高于傅裏葉變換,可為實際雷達檢測高機動目標提供理論參攷。

Aiming at maneuvering flight characteristics of high speed targets like unmanned aerial vehicles, mis-siles, satellites and so on, the transform relationship of target relative to radar radial velocity, radial acceleration, and jerk as time during target flying is analyzed;and signal model is set up by using high-order power phase echo signal;and then the impact of using high order phase on target detection by using conventional method is studied;the relation of optimum accumulation pulses and signal-to-noise ratio and jerk is obtained. And finally, a meth-od of using short time fractional Fourier Transform ( STFRFT) to analyze third order phase signal and perform pa-rameters estimation is presented. The simulation results show that processing capability of using this method is high-er than that of using Fourier Transform, which can be used as a reference in theory for the practical radar to detect high maneuvering targets.
