河南应依托国家“一带一路”发展战略和“两横三纵”城镇化战略格局，坚持“东引西进、借势升级、因地制宜、凸特突亮”的原则，发挥比较优势，创新发展理念，重构发展战略，强市、富县、优镇，推进河南新型城镇化可持续发展。

하남응의탁국가“일대일로”발전전략화“량횡삼종”성진화전략격국，견지“동인서진、차세승급、인지제의、철특돌량”적원칙，발휘비교우세，창신발전이념，중구발전전략，강시、부현、우진，추진하남신형성진화가지속발전。
Henan province should rely on the national strategy of "one belt, one road"and the"two horizontal and three longitudinal"strategic pattern and adhere to the principle of "introducing from east and west , seizing the chance to improve , adjusting measures to local conditions , and showing characteristics ".Thus, we can develop comparative advantages , innovate development ideas and recon-struct development strategies to make a strong city , a rich county and a better town and advance healthy and sustainable development of new-type urbanization in Henan .
