目的：观察女性反流性食管炎48例的鉴别诊断以及临床疗效。方法对2012年1月～2014年5月期间在本院接受治疗的48例女性反流性食管炎患者进行对照分析，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组24例。观察组采用奥美拉唑片20 mg、2次/d，吗丁啉片10 mg，3次/d；对照组采用法莫替丁片20 mg、2次/d，吗丁啉片10 mg、3次/d；两组口服4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为95.8％，对照组临床疗效总有效率为79.2％，实验组的临床总有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑对于治疗反流性食管炎具有明显效果，值得临床推广和使用。
목적：관찰녀성반류성식관염48례적감별진단이급림상료효。방법대2012년1월～2014년5월기간재본원접수치료적48례녀성반류성식관염환자진행대조분석，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조24례。관찰조채용오미랍서편20 mg、2차/d，마정람편10 mg，3차/d；대조조채용법막체정편20 mg、2차/d，마정람편10 mg、3차/d；량조구복4주위1개료정。결과치료조림상료효총유효솔위95.8％，대조조림상료효총유효솔위79.2％，실험조적림상총유효솔명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），차이구유통계학의의。결론오미랍서대우치료반류성식관염구유명현효과，치득림상추엄화사용。
Objective To observe the female reflux esophagitis, 48 cases in the differential diagnosis and clinical curative effect. Methods From January 2012 to June 2014 treated in our hospital during the period of 48 cases of female reflux esophagitis patients for comparison analysis, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in each group. Observation group with omeprazole 20 mg, 2 times daily, ding Lin 10 mg, three times a day; Control group 20 mg with famotidine tablets, 2 times daily, ding Lin 10 mg, three times a day; Two groups of oral 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Results The clinical curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was 95.8%, the control group in clinical efficacy of the total effective rate was 79.2%, the clinical total effective rate was better than control group, experimental group (P< 0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Omeprazole has obvious effect for treatment of reflux esophagitis, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
