目的：探讨上海市本市户籍和非本市户籍孕产妇的妊娠结局。方法收集我院2013年6月～2014年5月住院分娩的单胎孕产妇7082例，对其不良妊娠结局进行研究分析。结果上海市本市户籍孕产妇剖宫产率和GDM的发生率高于非本市户籍（P＜0.05）；上海市本市户籍孕产妇妊娠期高血压疾病和产后出血的发生率低于非本市户籍孕产妇（P＜0.05）；上海市本市户籍新生儿巨大儿和死胎的发生率低于非本市户籍（P＜0.05）。结论上海市本市户籍孕产妇受经济条件和社会因素影响，剖宫产和GDM的发生率高；上海市非本市户籍孕产妇缺乏孕产期保健意识，产前检查不规范，母儿不良妊娠结局较高。

Objective To explore the city of Shanghai hukou and non household maternal pregnancy outcomes of this city. Methods To collect data in October 2013 - September 2014 single fetal maternal hospital childbirth 7082 examples, analyzing the adverse pregnancy outcome were studied. Results Of Shanghai city census register maternal cesarean section rate and the incidence of GDM is higher than the official census register (P< 0.05); Shanghai city census register maternal gestational hypertension disease and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is lower than the city census register maternal (P< 0.05); Shanghai city census register the incidence of neonatal macrosomia and stillbirth less than the city's household register (P< 0.05). Conclusion The city of Shanghai census register maternal influenced by economic conditions and social factors, cesarean section and the incidence of GDM is high; The city of Shanghai hukou maternal lack of maternal health care consciousness, antenatal examination, female higher adverse pregnancy outcomes.
