Recurrent Abortion%Anatomy the Cause
目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合症患者内分泌代谢特征,并对其治疗进行分析;方法选取2008年6月~2012年6月间于我院诊断为多囊卵巢综合征患者63例,根据患者体重质量指数(BMI)及治疗方法分为肥胖组(25例)和非肥胖组(38),对照组(31)和观察组(32),对照组患者给予单纯二甲双胍治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加用氟他胺治疗;结果肥胖组高血压发病比例,IRI,T、TG、LDL-C血清浓度高于非肥胖组,而LH/FSH、HDL-C低于非肥胖组,以上指标差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者应用二甲双胍基础上加用氟他胺治疗后,多毛评分明显降低,说明氟他胺能够更明显的抑制高雄激素血症的产生。

Objective To study the features endocrine metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, and to analyze the treatment; Selection Methods In June 2008 to June 2012 in our hospital diagnosis of 63 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, according to the patient's body mass index (BMI) and treatment methods are divided into obesity group (25 cases) and non obesity group (38) and control group (31) and observation group (32), control group patients give pure metformin treatment, observation group in the control group treatment based upon him with fluorine amine; Results The proportion of obese hypertension incidence,IRI, T, TG, LDL -C serum concentrations higher than the non-obese group,LH/FSH, HDL -C lower than the non-obese group, the above index difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome based on metformin plus him with fluorine amine treatment, hairy score significantly lower, that fluorine he amine can restrain the generation of high testosterone levels, more obvious.
