三废的综合治理，特别是废水处理的研究，成为橡胶促进剂行业研究的重要内容之一。本文介绍了促进剂废水处理技术研究现状及其特点，并对某促进剂企业生产废水的处理情况进行实地调研和分析，针对废水现状处理存在的问题，提出相应的改进思路，即实行分质处理，以期为促进剂生产企业的废水处理提供参考，获得良好的经济效益。

The governance of the three wastes, especially the study on technologies of wastewater treatment, became an important part of accelerator industry researches. The researches and the technologies features of treating wastewater from the manufacture of rubber vulcanization accelerator wastewaters were introduced. The treatment of wastewater resulting from rubber accelerator produced by a factory was analyzed via investigation. The stage treatment was proposed aimed at solving the problem existing in the wastewater treatment of the factory, which expected to provide a reference for the treatment of similar wastewater, and to make economic sense.
