目的：通过在HIS中嵌入传染病自动监控软件以提高传染病报告管理质量。方法在该院HIS基础上嵌入传染病自动监控软件，实现了其疫情疫报工作的网络化、信息化。结果传染病自动监控软件的嵌入优化了其传染病报告流程，实现了及时、准确、全面地收集院内有关传染病的相关情况并及时上报，减少了其漏报、迟报现象的发生，提高了传染病报告管理工作的效率和质量。结论在HIS中嵌入传染病自动监控软件开拓了应用信息化、网络化管理医院公共卫生工作的思路。
