目的:了解ICU住院患者导管多重耐药菌感染现状,增强医护人员对导管感染的防控意识,从而自觉约束医疗行为,降低导管多重耐药菌感染的发生率。方法采用回顾性调查方法,统计该院2010年~2013年ICU开展3种导管目标性监测以来的所有数据,并进行分析。结果自该院ICU开展导管目标性监测以来,总监测2064人次,整个监测过程中实行干预措施,感染人次率从2010年的5.39%降至2013年的3.42%,其中导尿管插管相关泌尿道感染率从2010年的5.95‰降至2013年的2.23‰,中心静脉插管相关血液感染率从6.26‰降至2.56‰,呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率从36.15‰降至17.24‰。结论导管的目标性监测可以准确地获取患者的资料,掌握其动态,及时制定有效的预防措施,降低感染发生率,从而保障患者安全与医疗安全。
目的:瞭解ICU住院患者導管多重耐藥菌感染現狀,增彊醫護人員對導管感染的防控意識,從而自覺約束醫療行為,降低導管多重耐藥菌感染的髮生率。方法採用迴顧性調查方法,統計該院2010年~2013年ICU開展3種導管目標性鑑測以來的所有數據,併進行分析。結果自該院ICU開展導管目標性鑑測以來,總鑑測2064人次,整箇鑑測過程中實行榦預措施,感染人次率從2010年的5.39%降至2013年的3.42%,其中導尿管插管相關泌尿道感染率從2010年的5.95‰降至2013年的2.23‰,中心靜脈插管相關血液感染率從6.26‰降至2.56‰,呼吸機相關性肺炎感染率從36.15‰降至17.24‰。結論導管的目標性鑑測可以準確地穫取患者的資料,掌握其動態,及時製定有效的預防措施,降低感染髮生率,從而保障患者安全與醫療安全。
목적:료해ICU주원환자도관다중내약균감염현상,증강의호인원대도관감염적방공의식,종이자각약속의료행위,강저도관다중내약균감염적발생솔。방법채용회고성조사방법,통계해원2010년~2013년ICU개전3충도관목표성감측이래적소유수거,병진행분석。결과자해원ICU개전도관목표성감측이래,총감측2064인차,정개감측과정중실행간예조시,감염인차솔종2010년적5.39%강지2013년적3.42%,기중도뇨관삽관상관비뇨도감염솔종2010년적5.95‰강지2013년적2.23‰,중심정맥삽관상관혈액감염솔종6.26‰강지2.56‰,호흡궤상관성폐염감염솔종36.15‰강지17.24‰。결론도관적목표성감측가이준학지획취환자적자료,장악기동태,급시제정유효적예방조시,강저감염발생솔,종이보장환자안전여의료안전。
Purpose To understand the current situation of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection of catheter of ICU inpatients, strengthen medical staffs’ prevention and control consciousness of catheter infection, consciously constraint the medical behavior, and reduce the incidence of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection of catheter.Method The retrospective survey method is used for statistics and analysis of all the data since ICU of the hospital conducted the targeted monitoring of three kinds of catheters from 2010 to 2013.Results Since ICU of the hospital conducted the targeted monitoring, totally 2064 person-time has been monitored. The intervention measures were taken in the whole monitoring process. The person-time rate of infection was reduced from 5.39% in 2010 to 3.42% in 2013. Among them, the infection rate of urinary tract related to the urinary catheter was reduced from 5.95 ‰ in 2010 to 2.23‰ in 2013. The infection rate of blood related to the central venous catheter was reduced from 6.26 ‰ to 2.56 ‰. The infection rate of pneumonia related to the breathing machine was reduced from 36.15‰ to 17.24‰.Conclusion The targeted monitoring of catheter can accurately obtain the patient’s information, know the dynamic, timely make the effective prevention measures, and reduce the incidence of infection, so as to ensure the safety of patients and medical safety.
