Purpose To explore the relationship between the rational drug use management mechanism and the transformation development of hospital, improve the level of rational drug use, and reduce the medicine proportion, in order to improve the quality efifciency of the hospital.Methods The driver’s license scorecard management method is used to strictly control the unreasonable drug use, improve the level of rational drug use review, dynamically adjust the structure of drug, vigorously promote the management of drug consumables, especially strengthen the management of antimicrobial drugs and adjuvant drug, and promote the transformation development of hospital. Results Medicine proportion, average length of stay, cost growth rate and other efifciency and beneift indexes are signiifcant changed. The clinical technology innovation tends to be more active.ConclusionThe implementation of the driver's license management for the rational drug use can effectively promote the transformation development of hospital.
