目的：…针对现有医院评审评价制度中有关医院文化建设内容的局限和不足，探索建立适合我国国情的医院文化建设考评体系，以引领医院内涵建设和发展。方法…采用文献资料法、专家咨询法。按照国家深化医药卫生体制改革以及推进医院内涵建设的客观要求，借鉴国内外医院评审评价制度的有关内容，通过吸纳医院文化建设已有的成果，对促进医院改革与发展提供有力支撑的医院文化建设考评体系进行了相关研究。结果…建立了医院文化建设指标体系，其中包含两大子体系、12个一级指标、38个二级指标，并采用相关方法对每一级指标及每个指标进行了赋权处理，还在此基础上拟定了每个指标的考评标准和考核方法，从而建立起了医院文化建设考评体系的基本组成。结论…该考评体系对于各级医院开展医院文化建设具有一定的指导性和操作性；也为卫生行政主管部门、行业协（学）会评价医院文化建设工作提供了重要参考。

Purpose To explore and establish the hospital culture construction evaluation system suitable for China's national conditions and lead the hospital connotation construction and development, for the limitation and the insufficiency of hospital culture construction in the existing hospital evaluation system.Methods The method of literature material and expert consultation is used.According to China’s objective requirement for deepening the medical and health system reform and promoting the hospital connotation construction, with the reference of the related content of hospital evaluation system at home and abroad, by absorbing the existing results of hospital culture construction, The related research is carried out for the hospital culture construction evaluation system which provides strong support to the promotion of the hospital reform and development.Results The index system of hospital culture construction is established, including two subsystems, 12 level-1 indexes and 38 level-2 indexes. The relevant methods are used to empower each level of indexes and each index. On this basis the evaluation standard and evaluation method of each index is formulated, and the basic component of hospital culture construction evaluation system is established.Conclusion The evaluation system has guidance and operability for all levels of hospitals in the hospital culture construction; and provides an important reference to the evaluation of hospital culture construction of administrative department of public health and industry association (society).
