有史以来的教育实践已经证明教师人格是实现“不言之教”的隐形教育力量。教育是塑造人的活动,人格是人的重要方面,塑造人不能无视或忽视人之格。作为教育教学活动中不可或缺的因素之一,教师人格潜移默化地影响着受教育者的人格成长。可以说,教育亦应是“人格熏染人格”的活动。

It has been proved that teachers' personality is a latent power of education which could make "wordless teaching" come true since teaching practice came into existence. Education is an activity to cultivate human, and personality is an important part of human, so we can not ignore personality in education. As a factor in education which can not be missed, teachers' personality in-fluences the personality of students gradually. So we can say that education is an activity which uses personality to edify personali-ty.
