“微课”正在对传统教学方式产生广泛而深入的影响。在语文课堂中引入微课教学，有利于丰富课堂内容，创新课堂组织形式，激发学生学习兴趣，提高教学效率。要在把握好辅助性、针对性、灵活性、有效性原则的前提下，发挥“微课”在课堂导入、创设情境、破解疑难、引发思考、引导学生课外拓展等方面的积极作用。

Micro-lecture is exerting abroad and profound influ-ence on traditional teaching styles. The introduction of mi-cro-lecture to Chinese class helps to enrich classroom contents, innovate classroom organization forms, stimulate students' learn-ing interest and improve teaching efficiency. Under the premise of well grasping such principles as supplement, pertinence, flexi-bility and effectiveness, teachers should give play to the positive role of micro-lecture in class introduction, situation creation, dif-ficulty solving, thinking stimulation, and guidance of students' extracurricular extension.
