大学生的职业生涯规划是一项复杂而艰辛的系统工程，家庭、学校、社会等多方面的因素都对大学生的职业规划产生深远影响。目前，高校的职业生涯规划指导体系主要建立在课程体系上，缺乏家庭与社会方面的体系建设。构建“家庭—学校—社会”三位一体的大学生职业生涯规划指导模式，让家庭、学校、社会以一种互动的方式帮助大学生开展职业规划，更有利于发挥职业生涯规划对大学生成长成才的巨大作用。
