目前大部分高校中存在着大四学生部分忙于参加各种人才招聘会，部分忙于考研、考公务员和各种资格证书，而课堂、实习出勤率低，毕业论文（设计）敷衍了事等现象，使得大学四年制的教育缩水成为了争论的焦点。本文从社会、学校、家庭及学生的层面分析其原因，希望引起相关部门的足够重视，改善大四学生的教育工作。
목전대부분고교중존재착대사학생부분망우삼가각충인재초빙회，부분망우고연、고공무원화각충자격증서，이과당、실습출근솔저，필업논문（설계）부연료사등현상，사득대학사년제적교육축수성위료쟁론적초점。본문종사회、학교、가정급학생적층면분석기원인，희망인기상관부문적족구중시，개선대사학생적교육공작。
At present, in most universities some seniors are en-gaged in various job fairs and some others are engaged in post-graduate entrance examination, civil service examination and all kinds of qualifications, resulting in low rate of class attendance and low effectiveness of graduation thesis (design), therebythe poor quality of four-year university education has become the fo-cus of controversy. This paper analyzes its causes from the soci-ety, universities, families and students, hoping to attract enough attention from related departments, and improve the education work of seniors.
