To actively and stably implement the socialist demo-cratic consultation construction is an important means to fully carry forward the unique advantages of China's socialist democ-racy and continuously improve the modernization of country gov-ernance. Meanwhile, the practice of the socialist democratic con-sultation needs several key elements, such as the diversification and equality of the subject, the diversity and openness of the ob-ject, the integrity and legality of the process, as well as the mutual inclusiveness and public rationality of the democratic consulta-tion.
