建立了高效液相色谱法测定增塑剂DBP和DEHP的含量的方法。色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C184.6×150 mm 5μm,以甲醇/水为流动相,紫外检测器外标法定量。方法检出限为2 ng,回收率范围85.6%~113.5%,相对标准偏差为3.4%。结果表明,几种白酒接触塑料在乙醇溶液中增塑剂DBP和DEHP有不同程度的的迁移。其迁移量与提取时间、乙醇浓度、塑料材质等相关。

A method for determination of plasticizer DBP and DEHP content by high -performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. The chromatographic column was ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 4. 6 ×150 mm 5 μm. The sample was quantitated by external standard method of UV detector with methanol-water as mobile phase. The detection limit of plasticizer was 2 ng. Recovery rate ranged from 85. 6% ~113. 5% and the relative standard deviation was 3. 4%. The results indicated that the liquor contact plastics in ethanol solution had some transfer of plasticizer DBP and DEHP, and the degree of transfer was different with each other. The quantity of transfer was related to extract time, ethanol concentration and plastic varieties.
