测定了亳白芷中5种重金属的含量。采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱进行检测。结果表明:本试验方法的线性关系良好,精密度试验的 RSD值在1.99%~4.89%之间,重复性试验的 RSD 值在1.31%~5.09%之间,平均加标回收率在83.95%~103.13%之间;亳州12个样品中的铅、镉、汞、砷、铜的含量均不超标。该方法可准确地测定亳白芷中的重金属含量,为亳白芷的检测和安全性评价提供一个可靠的技术手段。

To determine five kinds of heavy metal content in Bo Angelica dahurica, the five heavy metal were directly detected by microwave-ICP-MS. This test method had a good linear relationship, the precision test of RSD was in the range of 1. 99%~4. 89%, the repeatability test of RSD was in the range of 1. 31%~5. 09%, the average recovery rates were ranged from 83. 95%~103. 13%; The twelve plots in Bozhou City of Bo Angelica dahurica of plumbum ( Pb ) , cadmium ( Cd) , mercury ( Hg) , arsenium ( As) and copper ( Cu) shall not exceed the standard of heavy metal content. This method can accurately recommend heavy metals content of Bo Angelica dahurica, as well as recommend Bo Angelica dahurica detection and safely evaluation provided a reliable technical method.
