随着全球经济的快速发展，市场对丙烯需求日益增长。如何能得到更多的合格丙烯产品是我们所关注的问题。在乙烯装置的生产过程中，影响丙烯收率的因素有原料组成，裂解条件，设备影响，系统操作及系统损失。然而，当装置正常运行时，原料组成，裂解条件及设备影响属于不可控因素。因此，控制好系统的操作和系统的损失就成为提高丙烯收率的主要途径。中韩石化武汉乙烯通过对碳三加氢反应器和丙烯精馏系统的操作进行优化，将碳三加氢反应器出口丙烯含量提高4%左右，并分别降低了1#丙烯塔塔釜丙烯损失6%和2#丙烯塔塔顶丙烯损失30%，降低了装置能源消耗，取得了显著的经济效益。

With the rapid development of global economy, the market’s demand for propylene was ever-growing. How to gain more qualified propylene product was a problem that should be concerned with. Concerning production process in ethylene unit, the factors affecting propylene yield included raw material composition, cracking conditions, impact of equipment, system operation and system losses. However, even when the unit was in normal operation, raw material composition, cracking conditions, impact of equipment were still uncontrollable factors. Therefore, properly controlling system operation and system losses became a major way to improve propylene yield. It was used in Sinopec-SK Petrochemical Wuhan Ethylene that optimizing operation of C3 hydrogenation reactor and propylene distillation system, which increased propylene content out from C3 hydrogenation reactor outlet by about 4% and decreases propylene loss in 1 # propylene tower kettle by 6% as well as in 2 # propylene tower top by 30%, and reduced energy consumption in devices and achieved more significant economic benefits.
