循环氢压缩机是渣油加氢装置的心脏,一旦循环氢压缩机停机,将导致反应器床层的急冷氢中断,会引起催化剂床层飞温及设备损坏。为防止上述结果的发生,经常采取的措施是紧急停工,这样不仅造成了严重经济的损失,而且严重影响重催的进料及全厂原料平衡。然而造成压缩机停机的原因却是多种多样的。本文通过四川石化渣油加氢循环氢压缩机运行情况,分析造成循环氢压缩机停运的原因并提出解决措施。

Recycle hydrogen compressor was the heart of the residuum hydrotreating unit, once it shutdown, which would lead to the quench hydrogen of reactor bed interrupt, cause the catalyst bed temperature runaway and equipment damage. In order to prevent the occurrence of the above results, take measures of emergency shutdown, not only caused serious economic losses, but also seriously affected RFCC feeding and plant raw material balance. However, the compressor shutdown reason was various. Through the operation of Sichuan petrochemical residual oil hydrogenation recycle hydrogen compressor, the reasons of recycle hydrogen compressor outage were analyzed and the feasible solution was put forward.
