The detection of ethyl acetate content in liquor by gas chromatography ( GC ) was analyzed, and each uncertainty component value was identified. The uncertainty of this experiment was mainly from the standard solution, GC and repeatability, etc. The rest of the proportion of small can be ignored in the actual detection evaluation. Finally, the extended uncertainty of determination of ethyl acetate in liquor was obtained. As a reference to laboratory in the detection of ethyl acetate by GC, the reliability and consistency of the test data was improved.
