以杭州市区生长的罗汉松为原料,采用氯化钠盐析辅助水蒸气蒸馏方法对其精油进行提取,通过正交试验考察了影响精油提取率的三因素依次是超声频率、超声时间、氯化钠溶液的浓度,说明罗汉松植物组织的破碎是提高精油收率的重要因素。采用气质联用仪对精油成份进行了分析,得到24种主要化合物,与其它类的松柏精油化合物组成不尽相同。
以杭州市區生長的囉漢鬆為原料,採用氯化鈉鹽析輔助水蒸氣蒸餾方法對其精油進行提取,通過正交試驗攷察瞭影響精油提取率的三因素依次是超聲頻率、超聲時間、氯化鈉溶液的濃度,說明囉漢鬆植物組織的破碎是提高精油收率的重要因素。採用氣質聯用儀對精油成份進行瞭分析,得到24種主要化閤物,與其它類的鬆柏精油化閤物組成不儘相同。

Essential oil of podocarpus in Hangzhou was extracted by salting-out steam distillation. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction condition, the results showed that the main influence effects was ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic time, and concentration of NaCl in solution orderly, which indicated that breaking the plant tissue in prodocarpus was the key process to improve the yield of essential oil. Ingredients for essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS, and there were 24 kinds of material, which was not identical with other pine.
