针对地方性高校应用化学专业在转型发展过程中面临的困境以及应用化学专业实验教学中存在的问题，提出了一系列的想法和措施。较好的措施是应用化学专业实验的设置要和地方优势化工产业相结合，同时要在实验内容，管理制度，考核模式等方面均要做出相应的改进。

A series of ideas and concrete measures were put forward for applied chemistry specialty predicament in development of local university and the problems in the experimental teaching of applied chemistry. The best method was combination of experiments and local chemical company. Some further measures must be implemented in experimental contents, management system and assessment model.
