组织化工专业大学生参加课外竞赛是培养大学生创新精神和实践能力的重要举措。通过多年指导学生参加七项大赛的经历,阐述了作为指导教师其指导工作必须从题目确定、队伍重构等核心问题入手,以引导提问、资料提供、作品点评为主要指导方法,切忌参与具体的竞赛工作;同时分析了目前各种化工竞赛中存在的一些问题,并对这些问题提出了相应的建议及办法,为后续竞赛组织者及参加竞赛的学生提供借鉴。

Organizing chemical engineering students taking part in extracurricular competitions was an important method to cultivate the student’s innovation spirit and practical ability. Through years experiences of guiding students to participate in seven extracurricular competitions, the mainly guiding methods were elaborated that the guiding work must start with the determining to title, reconstructing the team and other core issues, putting out questions, providing information and commenting on the works, avoiding participate in detail competition work. Some problems existing in current various chemical competitions were analyzed and corresponding suggestions and measures of these problems were put forward. It was provided references for the subsequent competition organizers and students to participate in the competitions.
