高分子材料与工程专业课程设计局限于绘制模具图,已不适应企业人才需求。需补充材料改性、工艺制定等内容。在现有设备条件下,指导教师应精选设计题目,合理控制实验进度,使学生的动手能力得到多方面锻炼。从实际试点情况看来,学生能够在4周时间内完成材料改性等课程设计题目。

The content of polymer materials and engineering course design limited to draw mold diagram, which cannot meet the needs of enterprises professionals. Material modification and technology development needed to supplement to course design under the conditions of the existing equipment, the instructor should select design topics, control experiment progress in reason, so that hands-on ability of students got multifaceted exercise. A practical pilot showed that students can complete material modification within 4 weeks.
