高等职业学院的学生要想被社会认可和悦纳，就需要具有一定水平的道德品质，服务规范、敬业精神和专业的职业能力。职业道德教育有助于帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观，帮助学生清楚认识到职业道德修养的重要性，摆正个人与社会的关系。同时，高职院校教师要总是自身的师德建设，加强职业道德意识，从而推动大学时职业道德素质不断提高。

Because of the high specialization of university education, it is very necessary to improve professional moral education. The moral education of university is beneficial for the students to establish the right philosophy and value of life, to deal with the relation between individual and society and help them to realize that the training of the life of virtue is the basis of raising professional ethics, so it is necessary to improve the orientation of university moral education. The teachers should think much of self-construction of ethics and master the methods of work in order to raise students' occupational morals quality.
