在浓盐酸做催化剂的条件下,芳香醛、苯乙酮和对硝基苯胺能够发生Mannich反应,经过提纯得到相应的Mannich碱。用红外光谱对产物的结构进行表征,并研究浓盐酸的使用量、反应温度、反应时间等条件对产率的影响。实验发现在3滴浓盐酸催化下,控温在15~20℃,反应20 h,产率可达60%左右。
在濃鹽痠做催化劑的條件下,芳香醛、苯乙酮和對硝基苯胺能夠髮生Mannich反應,經過提純得到相應的Mannich堿。用紅外光譜對產物的結構進行錶徵,併研究濃鹽痠的使用量、反應溫度、反應時間等條件對產率的影響。實驗髮現在3滴濃鹽痠催化下,控溫在15~20℃,反應20 h,產率可達60%左右。

The Mannich base were synthesized by one-pot method with aromatic aldehyde, acetophenone and p-nitroaniline in concentrated hydrochloric acid. The structural properties of the products were characterized by IR spectrum. The influence of the factors of the quantity of catalyst, the reaction time and temperature on the product yield was systematically studied. It was found that under the conditions of 3 drops of concentrated hydrochloric acid as catalysis, in 15~20 ℃ and for 20 h, the production rate can reach 60%.
