矿用绞车是煤矿运输系统重要的高危设备,运行负荷大、行程长、时间长(24 h作业),所以,掌控其设备的过程运行参数极为重要。在运行过程中,速度是一个极为重要的实时状态参数,速度测量的实时性和精度,直接影响到整个系统的运行效果和安全状态,采用增量型旋转编码器结合数字采集板卡测量绞车速度,达到设备运行过程的安全、放心监控。

Coal mine winch is an important high-risk device in coal mine transportation system, which runs with heavy load, long travel, long time (24 hours work), so the running parameters to control its equipment is extremely important.
