采用液相还原法制备得到了树枝状纳米铜,对产物进行了表征。结果表明,在表面活性剂的修饰下产物具备完整的形貌特征。运用四球长时抗磨实验系统地研究了树枝状纳米铜对润滑油性能的影响。考察了其作为润滑油添加剂的抗磨减摩性能及其对钢球磨损表面的修复作用。结果表明在一定实验条件下,添加量为0.5%时,在摩擦表面形成润滑膜对磨痕进行了修复,减小了摩擦系数,降低了磨损量,在一定程度上改善了润滑油的抗磨减摩性能。
採用液相還原法製備得到瞭樹枝狀納米銅,對產物進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明,在錶麵活性劑的脩飾下產物具備完整的形貌特徵。運用四毬長時抗磨實驗繫統地研究瞭樹枝狀納米銅對潤滑油性能的影響。攷察瞭其作為潤滑油添加劑的抗磨減摩性能及其對鋼毬磨損錶麵的脩複作用。結果錶明在一定實驗條件下,添加量為0.5%時,在摩抆錶麵形成潤滑膜對磨痕進行瞭脩複,減小瞭摩抆繫數,降低瞭磨損量,在一定程度上改善瞭潤滑油的抗磨減摩性能。

Dentritic copper nanoparticles were synthesized via a liquid reduction process. The products were characterized. The results showed that the products had complete appearance characteristics. The effect of lubricating oil performances was investigated systematically. The friction-reducting behavior and the repair to the wear surface of steel balls were investigated. The results showed that when the additive concentration was 0. 5%, lubricatin oil had better abrasion resistance. Dentritic copper nanoparticles as lubricating oil additive could fill-up worn surface, form a thin film on the surface, reduce the friction coefficient, fill-up the grinding crack of the friction surface, and could evidently improve the anti-wear and friction-reducing ability.
