采用溶胶凝胶法制备BSZT陶瓷粉,将 MgO粉体以2%摩尔比固相法掺入 BSZT陶瓷粉中,研究不同流延工艺对Ba0.3 Sr0.7 Zr0.18 Ti0.82 O3( BSZT)-0.02 MgO陶瓷微结构和电学性能的影响。研究结果表明,适当的烧结温度和优化的流延成型工艺能有效改善陶瓷的电学性能,提高击穿强度和储能密度,本实验击穿强度达到233.33 kV/cm,储能密度达到1.539×106 Jm-3。

The effects of the tape casting processing on the characteristics of the microstructure and the electric properties of Ba0.3Sr0.7Zr0.18Ti0.82(BSZT)-0. 02MgO were investigated experimentally. The BSZT powder was fabricated by sol-gel method and the MgO was introduced by the solid-state process. The results indicated that proper firing temperature and tape casting method were effective to improve the electric properties, especially breakdown strength and the energy-storage density of the ceramics. The breakdown strength and energy-storage density of the ceramics reached 233. 33 kV/cm and 1. 539×106 Jm-3, respectively.
