依据齐鲁工业大学应用型人才的培养目标,构建了食品化学三模块多层次的课程体系。融知识传授、能力培养、素质教育于一体,构建了多维立体化教学模式和多元化考核方法。实践效果表明,该教学改革有效提高了学生的综合应用能力和实践能力,取得了较好的教学效果。

According to the training target of applied talents of Qilu University of Technology, the curriculum system was constructed including three modules and multiple levels. Based on teaching, ability and quality education, the multi-dimensional teaching model and the diversification examination method were constructed. The practice effect showed that the teaching reform was beneficial to the strengthen student’s application ability and practical ability, and the expected teaching effect was obtained.
