介绍了有机化学分层教学的实践案例,针对当前分层教学中的一些热点问题提出了自己的观点,认为充分认识各种分层教学模式的特点并选择合适的教学模式、对学生进行科学合理的分层、正确对待分层教学中学生的心理问题、加强分层教学方法的研究以及对学生进行正确的考核评价是分层教学取得良好效果的基本保证。

A practical case of graded teaching of Organic Chemistry was introduced. Aiming at some current popular issues in graded teaching, the viewpoint of teaching was put forward. It was considered that fully understanding the characteristics of every graded teaching pattern and choosing an appropriate teaching pattern, grading the students scientifically and rationally, properly treating the students’ psychological problems in graded teaching, enhancing studies on methods of graded teaching and checking and evaluating the students correctly were basic assurances which made graded teaching achieve good results.
