重质酮苯脱蜡装置的水溶液系统受酸性物质腐蚀严重,对装置的长周期平稳运行的带来不利的影响。通过加注KQ-2缓蚀阻焦剂来控制水溶液的pH值,降低铁离子浓度。实施后脱水塔排水的pH值由弱酸性转为弱碱性,铁离子浓度大幅下降,减轻了管线、设备酸性腐蚀,水溶液系统的腐蚀得到有效控制。
重質酮苯脫蠟裝置的水溶液繫統受痠性物質腐蝕嚴重,對裝置的長週期平穩運行的帶來不利的影響。通過加註KQ-2緩蝕阻焦劑來控製水溶液的pH值,降低鐵離子濃度。實施後脫水塔排水的pH值由弱痠性轉為弱堿性,鐵離子濃度大幅下降,減輕瞭管線、設備痠性腐蝕,水溶液繫統的腐蝕得到有效控製。

The serious corrosion occurred by acid in aqueous solution section of heavy MEK Dewaxing unit, which brought adverse effect to steady operation in the unit for a long period of time. KQ-2 corrosion inhibitor was used to control the aqueous solution’s pH value, and reduce concentration of ferric ion. After implementation, the pH value was raised to weak alkaline from weak acid and concentration of ferric ion was decreased, and aqueous solution corrosion was effectively controlled.
