在pH为8.92的Britton-Robinson缓冲液中,拟除虫菊酯类农药与丽春红S作用可使体系共振散射强度显著增强,在共振散射波长位于576 nm处,有良好线性关系,其相关系数为0.9992~0.9999、检出限(3σ)为0.047~0.061μg/mL,并对水果蔬菜样品中拟除虫菊酯类农药进行加样回收实验,其回收率为76.8%~90.9%。据此建立了检测拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的快速、灵敏的新方法。

In pH 8. 92 Britton-Robinson buffer solution, the interaction between ponceau S and pyrethroid pesticides resulted in dramatic increase of the resonance scattering intensity. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9992~0. 9999 and the limit of detection (3σ) was 0. 047~0. 061 μg/mL, at the wavelength of 576 nm. Meanwhile, recovery test of pyrethroid pesticides in vegetable and fruit samples was evaluated, and the recovery rate was 76. 8% ~90. 9%. The experiment provided a new method for quick and sensitive analysis of pyrethroid pesticides residues.
