根据国家指导性文件《高校实验室工作规程》，从体制、队伍建设、实验室管理、实验教学几个方面对国内高等院校实验教学与实验室改革现状进行总结分析，认为高校实验教学改革首先改进《高校实验室工作规程》，从而指导全国性实验教学改革，构建实验教学学科体系，彻底改变实验室体制、队伍建设、实验室管理及实验教学等方面的诸多弊端。
근거국가지도성문건《고교실험실공작규정》，종체제、대오건설、실험실관리、실험교학궤개방면대국내고등원교실험교학여실험실개혁현상진행총결분석，인위고교실험교학개혁수선개진《고교실험실공작규정》，종이지도전국성실험교학개혁，구건실험교학학과체계，철저개변실험실체제、대오건설、실험실관리급실험교학등방면적제다폐단。
According to the national guidance, Regulations of University Laboratory, an analysis was made about the educational system, team construction, laboratory management and experimental teaching. The first thing of the experimental teaching reform was that the university laboratory work regulations had to be improved, which can guide the national experimental teaching reform, build the experiment teaching scientific system, thoroughly change laboratory system, team construction, laboratory management and experimental teaching problems.
