The present construction situation of Independent College and the huge change of structure and quality of regular higher education institutions were analyzed. Solutions of how to strengthen undergraduates’ experiment courses and promote independent college competitive power and overall qualities of the undergraduates were proposed. The relationship of experiment condition and undergraduates development was investigated.
