射频连接器与射频电缆被广泛应用于军民品的通信设备中，其关键工序射频电缆芯线与射频连接器插针的连接常采用手钳式阻焊工具。由于射频电缆较细，手钳式阻焊工具在阻焊操作时，要求电装工双手不能抖动，否则易产生废品。通过对手钳式阻焊工具进行技术改进，重新设计了一种预压紧方式的阻焊装置，并通过试验确定了电阻焊接头的结构形式和尺寸，提高了手工阻焊成品率和生产效率，降低了对电装工的技能要求。
射頻連接器與射頻電纜被廣汎應用于軍民品的通信設備中，其關鍵工序射頻電纜芯線與射頻連接器插針的連接常採用手鉗式阻銲工具。由于射頻電纜較細，手鉗式阻銲工具在阻銲操作時，要求電裝工雙手不能抖動，否則易產生廢品。通過對手鉗式阻銲工具進行技術改進，重新設計瞭一種預壓緊方式的阻銲裝置，併通過試驗確定瞭電阻銲接頭的結構形式和呎吋，提高瞭手工阻銲成品率和生產效率，降低瞭對電裝工的技能要求。

RF connectors and RF cables are widely used in military and civilian communications equipment, The soldering of the core wire of the RF cable and RF connector pins, as key process, often used hand clamp resistance soldering equipment. Because the core wire of the RF cables is very thin, it is required for the workers not to shake hands in the soldering operation so that the wastes are not produced. A new pre-compression solder device is designed with the technical improvements of the hand clamp resistance soldering equipment. The structure and size of the resistance soldering joints is also determined through tests. Thus the manual soldering yield and productivity is highly improved and the demand for the skills of the workers is reduced.
