电子设备长期稳定可靠工作，对飞机在寿命期内工作的可靠性起着至关重要的作用。对造成某连接器焊接故障的原因进行了分析，找出了造成焊接缺陷的主要原因，最后采取纠正措施对故障件进行了修复，通过了试验验证，满足了产品需求。

Reliable operation steadily for a long time of the electronic equipment is very important for the operational reliability of the airplane in its life. The soldering fault reasons of the connectors has been analyzed, then the primary reasons was found out. Finally some corrective actions were taken to repair the unserviceable connectors and were testified by experiment, the demands of the productions were met.
