从教学内容、教学方式及教学队伍等几个方面对《食品工厂设计》课程教学中存在的问题进行了分析,并总结了该课程的教学特点。提出了基于校企合作的课程教学改革和实践:精选教学内容、优化师资队伍、改进教学方式与方法、完善考核方式。

Analyzed the problems of the Food Plant Design course teaching from the teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching team and so on. Summarized the teaching features of the course. Based on the university-enterprise cooperation, there were some suggestions put forward as follows:winnowing teaching contents, optimizing teaching staff, improving the teaching ways and methods, perfecting examination methods.
