组织公民行为对于提升组织绩效起着重要作用。文章旨在研究工作自主性与组织公民行为的关系,对278位企事业单位及政府部门雇员进行问卷调查,运用相关分析、回归分析等统计方法进行数据分析。研究结果表明:工作自主性与组织公民行为之间存在显著的正相关,并且工作满意度在二者间起中介作用;通过增强员工的工作自主性可以提升其工作满意度,进而激发其实施组织公民行为。

Organizational citizenship behavior plays an important role for improving organizational performance. This paper aims to study the relationship between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior through a questionnaire survey of 278 employees from enterprises, institutions and the government, using correlation analysis, regression analysis and other data analysis methods. The results show that: there is a significant positive correlation between job autonomy and organizational cit- izenship behavior, and job satisfaction plays a mediating role between the two; it will stimulate the implementation of organi- zational citizenship behavior by enhancing job autonomy of the staff to improve their job satisfaction.
