以硝酸铁为铁源,氢氧化钠溶液为沉淀剂,通过水热法合成了氧化铁纳米晶.利用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对Fe2O3纳米晶的结构及形貌进行了表征分析.结果表明,pH=7时,在180℃下反应24 h更有利于颗粒粒径的细化,并使其粒径分布均匀,所得样品为六方晶系的Fe2O3.
以硝痠鐵為鐵源,氫氧化鈉溶液為沉澱劑,通過水熱法閤成瞭氧化鐵納米晶.利用X射線粉末衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對Fe2O3納米晶的結構及形貌進行瞭錶徵分析.結果錶明,pH=7時,在180℃下反應24 h更有利于顆粒粒徑的細化,併使其粒徑分佈均勻,所得樣品為六方晶繫的Fe2O3.

Iron oxide nanocrystals was successfully synthesized using iron nitrate as iron source and sodium hydroxide solution as precipitant by hydrothermal method. Several techniques including XRD and SEM were used to characterize the products. The results showed that,it was still further beneficial to gain smaller size and uniform distribution of the hexagonal Fe2O3 with pH=7 at 180℃ for 24h.
