针对航空发动机装配车间因订单变更,机器故障等随机扰动造成静态调度结果失效问题,建立了重入式混合车间FIow-shop动态调度模型,综合考虑了机器,班组能力等多种资源约束;提出了一种基于工件窗口的滚动调度方法,从滚动窗口的确定,滚动机制,滚动窗口内部算法三个方面提高动态调度性能,实验表明该方法可行有效。
針對航空髮動機裝配車間因訂單變更,機器故障等隨機擾動造成靜態調度結果失效問題,建立瞭重入式混閤車間FIow-shop動態調度模型,綜閤攷慮瞭機器,班組能力等多種資源約束;提齣瞭一種基于工件窗口的滾動調度方法,從滾動窗口的確定,滾動機製,滾動窗口內部算法三箇方麵提高動態調度性能,實驗錶明該方法可行有效。

Due to the stochastic disturbances of order changing,machine fauIt and etc.,this paper presents static scheduIing pIan in aero-engine assembIy pIant assembIy Iine can't meet with the production needs.To deaI with this probIem,a re-entry hybrid pIant production dynamic scheduIing modeI was estabIished,taking machine and group capacity into consideration. Then a roI ing scheduIing strategy based on workpiece is set up.In order to improve the dynamic scheduIing performance, great work is made from the determination of the roI ing horizon,roI ing mechanism,internaI aIgorithm of the horizon.
