为研究饲喂棉酚对绵羊的影响，以乌鲁木齐华菱屠宰场周围长期饲喂棉籽饼的绵羊为研究对象，观察内脏的病变及华菱屠宰场采集的肝脏、肺脏等组织，进行石蜡切片、HE染色，组织病变观察。结果表明：绵羊颈部和胸腹部皮下组织有明显的浆液侵润，皮下脂肪轻度黄染，肝脏暗红色体积增大，质地变硬，屠宰流水线取出肝脏中静脉周围肝细胞坏死，肝组织中有许多空泡和泡沫状间隙，肾脏肾小管上皮细胞脂肪变性，心肌纤维发生脂肪变性等检测不同程度的病理组织学变化。
위연구사위면분대면양적영향，이오로목제화릉도재장주위장기사위면자병적면양위연구대상，관찰내장적병변급화릉도재장채집적간장、폐장등조직，진행석사절편、HE염색，조직병변관찰。결과표명：면양경부화흉복부피하조직유명현적장액침윤，피하지방경도황염，간장암홍색체적증대，질지변경，도재류수선취출간장중정맥주위간세포배사，간조직중유허다공포화포말상간극，신장신소관상피세포지방변성，심기섬유발생지방변성등검측불동정도적병리조직학변화。
In order to study the effect of feeding gossypol ,taking the sheep around Hualing slaughterhouse of Urumqi as object ,which were long‐term feed with gossypol ,the visceral lesions ,acquisitioned liver ,lungs and other tissues were observed ,including paraffin section ,HE staining and tissue pathological .The results showed that the sheep neck and chest had clear serous subcutaneous tissue invasion ,subcutaneous fat mild yellow dye , the liver volume increased and became dark red ,quality of the liver was harden ,the liver cells were necrosis ,and there were many vacuoles and foamy clearance in the liver tissues which the liver vein taken from slaughter line ,there was steatosis on the epithelial cells of renal tubular ,myocardial fibers such as different degrees of fatty degeneration testing and pathological histology changes .
